UH, SO WE BUDGET THEM LOWER THAN WE ACTUALLY PROJECT THEM TO BE, BECAUSE THEN AT THE END OF THE YEAR, WE'LL TAKE THAT DIFFERENCE AND PUSH IT INTO THE NEXT YEAR FOR GENERALLY OUR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS. SO IT'S A LITTLE DIFFERENT APPROACH AND IT, IT ACTUALLY HELPS HEDGE ANY RISK IN CASE WE HAVE A DOWN YEAR. SO IT'S A VERY GOOD APPROACH. YOU'LL ALSO SEE A, UH, YEAR IN, UH, APPROPRIATION TRANSFER OF, UH, 4.76 MILLION FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND. AND THAT'S TO AGAIN, PAY FOR PROPOSED, UH, FY 26 AND BEYOND CAPITAL PROJECTS. UH, YOU'LL SEE YOU'RE IN TRANSFER OF $605,000 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE FUND FOR THE SAME PURPOSE. UH, AND THEN THERE'S, LIKE I SAID, A MYRIAD OF LINE ITEMS BECAUSE WE DO HAVE TO ADDRESS ALL THE INDIVIDUAL LINE ITEMS. I WON'T GO THROUGH ALL OF THOSE BECAUSE THOSE WOULD PUT YOU TO SLEEP, BUT I WILL, UH, HIGHLIGHT THERE ARE A FEW THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE, UH, COSTS THAT WE INCURRED RELATED TO, UH, ICE STORM, UH, FERN. AND THE BIGGEST ONE IS A $6 MILLION ITEM, UH, INCREASE IN PUBLIC WORKS ACTIVITY OF 6 MILLION, UH, DOLLARS FOR DISASTER RECOVERY. YOU'LL SEE A COUPLE OTHERS IN THERE AS WELL. AND JUST A REMINDER, WE DO HOPE IT'LL TAKE TIME, BUT WE HOPE TO GET A GOOD PORTION OF THAT BACK, UH, THROUGH, UH, THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AND HOPEFULLY THE TENNESSEE EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY AS WELL. UM, WE DON'T HAVE A SCHEDULED, UH, YEAR-END TRANSFER APPROPRIATION TRANSFER TO THE EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND. WE, UH, FEEL PRETTY COMFORTABLE THAT, UH, WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO BUILD UP A FUND BALANCE OVER THE YEARS. AND SO, UH, THIS WILL ADDRESS THE USE OF THAT FUND BALANCE FOR SOME THINGS THAT, UH, EXPENDITURES THAT WE HAD THIS YEAR, INCLUDING 13 POLICE VEHICLES, UH, TWO NEW GRAPPLE TRUCKS THAT CAME IN VERY HANDY.
