SO THERE'LL BE NO VOTE AT THAT MEETING. IT WILL JUST SIMPLY BE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO COME OUT AND, UH, SPEAK ON THIS ITEM.
