WE HAVE THE, UM, THE GM THAT'S COMING FROM ONE OF THE LOCATIONS AND ALSO THE, UM, ASSISTANT GM, WHICH IS COMING FROM ANOTHER ONE OF THE LOCATIONS THAT'S COMING IN TO OPERATE AND START THIS LOCATION. UM, THEY HAVE SEVERAL DIFFERENT, UM, MANNERS IN WHICH THEY CONTROL, UM, THE, UM, CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL IN THE, IN THE PREVENTION AND MAKING SURE THAT THEY'RE FOLLOWING ALL THE LAWS, WHICH INCLUDE, UM, OF COURSE TRAINING THROUGH, UM, THAT'S REQUIRED BY THE TENNESSEE A, B, C, UM, WHICH, UM, UH, REQUIRE THE BARTENDERS AND THE STAFF TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYBODY, UM, PRESENTS A VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION, MAKING SURE THAT IT, UM, THAT IT IS UP TO DATE. THEY ALSO MATCH ANY SORT OF CREDIT CARDS WITH, UM, DRIVER'S LICENSE IDENTIFICATION NAMES. UM, THEY DO HAVE A SELF POOR STATION, UM, WHICH REQUIRES THEM TO PRESENT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION THAT HAS A, UM, WRISTBAND THAT STAYS, THAT HAS A SNAP, UM, ON THE BACK OF IT. IT'S NOT A TEAR OFF. THEY CAN'T, UM, EASILY SLIP ON SLIP OFF. UM, WHICH HAS, WHICH IS TIED TO THEIR CREDIT CARD AGAIN, WHICH IS TIED TO THEIR, UM, THEIR NAME THAT'S PRESENTED IN THEIR PHOTO ID. AND IT HAS A, UM, OUNCE LIMIT TO WHERE THEY, IT CAN ONLY USE IT FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF OUNCES, WHICH IN THIS CASE IS 64 OUNCES. UM, THEY HAVE TWO BARTEND, UM, TWO, UM, SERVERS FOR, UM, THE FOOD AND BEVERAGE. THEY HAVE A FOOD RUNNER. UM, AND SO ALL IN TOTAL THEY HAVE, UM, SIX STAFF MEMBERS, UM, THAT ARE OF COURSE TRAINED IN MAKING SURE THAT ANYBODY THAT ORDERS A DRINK, THEY HAVE TO PRE, UM, PRESENT THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE.
