SO, BUT WE'RE AHEAD AND CONTINUE AS NORMAL AND START WITH OUR CONSENT AGENDA.

OUR FIRST ITEM ON CONSENT IS A REVISED HILLSIDE PROTECTION SITE PLAN FOR WILLOW WICK SUBDIVISION 70 25 WILLOW DRIVE.

AND THIS IS A JACKSON'S PROJECT.

ALL RIGHT, BLUE FOX CONSTRUCTION REQUEST APPROVAL OF A HILLSIDE PROTECTION SITE PLAN FOR LOT 11 WITHIN THE WILLOW WICK SUBDIVISION TO BUILD AN OUTDOOR KITCHEN AND DECK THAT IS ATTACHED TO THE REAR OF THE EXISTING HOME.

THE STRUCTURE WILL BE AN OPEN, WILL BE OPEN AIR THAT SERVES AS A BACK PORCH AND KITCHEN AS PREVIOUSLY STATED.

THIS WILL INCLUDE KITCHEN, GAS, FIREPLACE, GRIDDLE, RANGE, FRIDGE AND LOUNGE SEATING.

THE DESIGN AND THE ROOF OF THE PORCH WILL MATCH THE EXISTING ROOFING AND COLOR OF THE EXISTING HOUSE.

THE APPLICANT IS PROPOSING SIX SIGNS IN TOTAL.

THEY'RE PROPOSING AN ENTRANCE SIGN FROM MURRAY LANE.

TWO GYM DIRECTIONAL SIGNS FROM GRANNY WHITE AND FOXVILLE DRIVE.

SO ESSENTIALLY WHAT THIS ORDINANCE, WELL, SO LET'S GO OVER THE TWO TYPES.

SO YOU'VE GOT A MONOPOLE TYPE, WHICH IS THE, THE SOLID POLE, AND THEN YOU'VE GOT THE LATTICE TYPE TO YOUR RIGHT.

WELL, THIS WILL CONTINUE TO PROHIBIT THE LATTICE TYPE.

WE, WHAT WE'RE SEEKING ARE JUST THE MONOPOLE TYPE STRUCTURES.

SO THIS TIER FOUR WOULD ALLOW TOWERS UP TO 160 FEET IN HEIGHT, BUT THEY HAVE TO HAVE MULTIPLE CARRIERS ON THEM TO MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF PROPOSED TOWERS.

UM, WE'RE ALSO GONNA REQUIRE THEM TO BE ON GOVERNMENT PROPERTY, QUASI GOVERNMENT PROPERTY, LIKE UTILITY DISTRICT PROPERTY.

WE'RE ALSO PROPOSING TO ALLOW THEM WITHIN RESIDENTIAL OPEN SPACE IF OWNED BY THE AN HOA.

UM, WE'RE ALSO PROPOSING TO ELIMINATE THE FALL ZONE REQUIREMENT IF THE TOWER IS ENGINEERED TO COLLAPSE UPON ITSELF.

SO THESE NEW TOWERS ARE DESIGNED OR ENGINEERED WITH PINCH POINTS.

SO IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN, IT WOULD LIKE, MAYBE THE TOP WOULD FALL, BUT THE WHOLE TOWER'S NOT GONNA COLLAPSE.

UM, SO THESE TOWERS ALSO REQUIRE, UH, THEY CALL IT A PROPAGATION STUDY.

UM, BUT IT MAY COME DOWN TO, HEY, DO WE WANT REALLY GOOD SERVICE OR DO WE NOT WANNA SEE IT? KIND OF DEAL.

BUT THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S GONNA HAVE THE ABILITY TO REVIEW AND APPRO, UH, REVIEW AND APPROVE THOSE PROPOSALS.
