THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS PARTIALLY CONSTRUCTED AND A STOP WORK ORDER HAS BEEN ISSUED.
THE STRUCTURE'S, UH, NOT LOCATED IN COMPLIANT AREA AS IT'S BEEN CONSTRUCTED ON THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHERE ACCESSORY STRUCTURES ARE REQUIRED TO BE IN THE REAR BUILDABLE AREA.
THIS ITEM WAS PREVIOUSLY PRESENTED AT OUR DECEMBER BZA MEETING AND WAS REQUESTED FROM THE APPLICANT TO BE DEFERRED TO THIS MEETING WITH SOME MINOR CHANGES TO THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE.
