SO WE ARE GONNA CARRY IT AWAY.
THE BUILDING ENVELOPES ARE RELATIVELY SMALL GIVEN THE DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENT AND RUNNING THROUGH ROUGHLY HALF OF THE LOTS, WHAT SIZE HOMES CAN YOU BUILD IN THESE ENVELOPES? SO I'VE, I'VE SHOWN THESE, UH, KIND OF THESE OUTLINES OF THE HOMES MM-HMM
UM, AS PLACEHOLDERS, WE ARE STILL WORKING WITH THE ARCHITECT.
UM, AND EACH OF THESE LOTS ARE CRITICAL LOTS.
SO THEY'LL HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL PROCESS WITH THE, WITH THE STAFF.
WE'LL SEE THIS AGAIN BEFORE THEY'RE ALLOWED TO BUILD ANYTHING.
BUT, UH, JUST TO BE CLEAR, SO THE, THE SMALLER RECTANGLES THAT YOU'RE SEEING ON EACH LOT REPRESENTS FUTURE HOMES, APPROXIMATE SIZE OF HOME FOOTPRINTS AND WHAT ARE, WHAT ARE THOSE APPROXIMATE FIRST FLOOR BUILDABLE AREAS? I CAN'T REMEMBER OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD.
