UH, THE STORMWATER IMPLICATIONS HERE. THERE WERE SOME ADDED, UH, CONCERNS WITH THE NEIGHBORS DOWNSTREAM, WHICH IS IN THE, THE KIND OF HEADING YELLOW AREA. SO WE, WE ENHANCED, UM, SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS. UH, BRENTWOOD HAS THE ABILITY TO DO THAT, CHOSE TO DO THAT IN THIS AREA. EXCITED THAT RECENTLY ENGINEER ENGINEERING STAFF HAS REACHED OUT TO US TO KIND OF BEGIN TO COLLABORATE. I WANT MAYBE EVEN BE, UH, NOT ONLY SOME IMPROVEMENTS ON THE MARYLAND FARMS Y PROPERTY PROPER, BUT ALSO IN THE ADJACENT PARK, UH, THAT RUNS ALONG THAT. SO EXCITED TO WORK WITH STAFF AS THEY ENGAGE THEIR SUB SUB-CONSULTANT TO HELP CONTINUE TO, UM, SOLVE FOR DRAINAGE ISSUES THAT MAY EXIST IN THE AREA. LOOKING FORWARD TO BEING PART OF THAT WITH THEM. UM, A TRAFFIC STUDY WAS DONE, COORDINATED WITH STAFF. UH, THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS ARE IN HERE. CERTAINLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THOSE. THE ONLY THING THAT MAYBE WASN'T MENTIONED THERE WAS ALSO A SHARED PARKING ANALYSIS WITH THE, WITH THE DIFFERENT USES THAT WE HAVE HERE, UM, WILL BENEFIT FROM SOME OF THAT STUFF. SO, UM, REALLY ASKING FOR SUPPORT AGAIN, UH, FOR A THREE YEAR EXTENSION ON THIS. UM, WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AT THE INFORMATIONAL MEETING THERE WAS DISCUSSION AROUND, UM, YOU KNOW, CONVERSATIONS AROUND THE, THE EXISTING PROPERTY POTENTIALLY, UH, DISCUSSIONS AROUND MAYBE NOT GRANTING A THREE YEAR, BUT A ONE YEAR. UM, WHEN WE FIRST BOUGHT THE LAND, WE KNEW THERE'D BE SOME TIME FOR US TO MARKET AND PLAN. WE ACTUALLY REACHED OUT TO KIRK, UH, BEDNER, UM, AND SAID, HEY, DOES THE CITY NEED TENNIS FACILITIES, RACQUETBALL FACILITIES FOR SOME TIME? AND HE SAID, NO, THAT'S KIND OF A WHOLE NOTHER CONVERSATION IN BRENTWOOD RIGHT NOW. UM, AND SO [00:10:01] HE SAID, BUT WHY DON'T YOU CALL THE, THE COUNTY? SO, UM, WE ALSO ACTUALLY MET WITH THE BRENTWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT TO SEE IF NADEN NEEDED IT FOR TRAINING. AND THEY SAID YES, BUT NOT UNTIL YOU'RE, YOU'RE READY TO TEAR IT DOWN. SO THAT MIGHT HAPPEN IN THE FUTURE, UM, BECAUSE I'M SURE THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL PROBABLY BURN IT DOWN AND, YOU KNOW, TAKE IT FROM THERE. AND, UM, THEN IT MARKET KEEPS GETTING, UH, GOT A LITTLE WORSE. IT HADN'T GOTTEN ANY BETTER. COSTS KEEP GOING UP, SO WE'RE KIND OF STUCK IN THE MUD ON THIS. UM, BUT AS ANY OF Y'ALL KNOW, IN PUBLIC COMPANIES HAVING NON-INCOME PRODUCING ASSETS, IT'S NOT A GOOD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. SO WE'RE VERY READY TO GET THIS, UH, UH, GOING. WE'VE LOOKED AT ALL KINDS OF DIFFERENT CHANGES TO THE SITE PLAN AND, YOU KNOW, WAYS TO JUST GET THINGS STARTED. UM, HADN'T FOUND THE MAGIC KEY YET, BUT WE CONTINUED WORKING ON IT. UM, OBVIOUSLY WE HAVE LEASED THE FACILITY TO THE COUNTY AND, UH, IN TERMS OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CARE OF THE FACILITY, IT'S UP TO THEM. UM, AS A LANDLORD, OBVIOUSLY WE'RE KEEPING WATCH ON 'EM, UM, BUT I KNOW Y'ALL HAVE BEEN AS WELL. UH, WE HAD SOME PEOPLE SHRINKING AND THEN THEY DECIDED THEY SHRANK TOO MUCH AND THEY GREW. UM, BUT YES, WE, WE DO. AND JUST THE GROWTH IN, IN METRO AREA IN GENERAL, WE ABSOLUTELY DO. WE'RE WE'RE ALSO LOOKING AT SOME DEVELOPMENT DOWN IN FRANKLIN. SO, UM, WE ARE, WE ARE VERY BULLISH ON THE NATIONAL AREA. SO HOW MANY PEOPLE WOULD YOU HOUSE IN THOSE THREE OFFICE BUILDINGS THEN? IT, IT'S ALSO, UM, QUALITY OF LANDLORD AND WE'RE REINVESTING IN OUR, YOU KNOW, VIRGINIA SPRINGS IS OBVIOUSLY NEW. WE REINVESTED A TON IN THE HARPETH BUILDINGS. UM, SO WE AS A LANDLORD, WE GET TO, WE'RE FORTUNATE TO HAVE CAPITAL SO THAT WE REINVEST IN OUR BUILDINGS, UM, AND KEEP THEM FRESH, NEW LOBBIES, MEETING SPACES, ALL THE AMENITIES PEOPLE WANT.
