THE ADDITIONAL HEIGHT, WHEN YOU, WHEN YOU GO ABOVE THREE STORIES, IT'S ALLOWED IN THE CODE.

IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL, IT JUST REQUIRES A PUBLIC HEARING TO GIVE PEOPLE THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME AND SPEAK AGAINST IT OR WHATEVER.

ACTUALLY REWATCHED THE VIDEO FROM THREE YEARS AGO OF THE, OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION SESSION.

AND IT WAS A PRETTY GOOD DISCUSSION.

WE TALKED ABOUT INGRESS AND EGRESS.

WE TALKED ABOUT ACCESS TO THE PARKING GARAGE, ACCESS TO THE PARK TRAILS.

IT'S, IT CONFORMED WITH ALL THE CODES.

I WOULD JUST, I WOULD BE MORE, I'D BE MORE WILLING TO GIVE A ONE YEAR EXTENSION BECAUSE IF WE GIVE THREE AND IT DOESN'T GET CLEANED UP, IT'S GONNA SIT THERE FOR THREE YEARS.
