OKAY. THE PLANNING COMMISSIONERS ARE ALL APPOINTED BY THE MAYOR. NOW, THE MAYOR ALLOWS SOME LEEWAY AND ALLOWS INDIVIDUAL COMMISSIONERS TO NOMINATE SOME PEOPLE, BUT IT HAS TO BE IN AGREEMENT.
