ADDITIONALLY, THE SUBDIVISION CONTINUES TO MEET ALL CURRENT OSRD DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS AND WILL MAINTAIN EXCESS OPEN SPACE TOTALING 20.8 ACRES.
