UM, THIS IS UM, BZA 2 5 0 2 DASH ZERO TWO FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURE REQUEST TRADITION SUBDIVISION SECTION FIVE LOT 34 AT ADDRESS 1877.

TRADITION CIRCLE ZONING IS OSRD AND THE APPLICANT IS RANDALL CONSTRUCTION.

UH, RANDALL CONSTRUCTION REQUESTS APPROVAL OF A 324 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE REAR BUILD AREA OF THE LOT.

THE STRUCTURAL WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BOARD AND BATTEN SIGNING PAINTED TO MATCH THE EXISTING HOME.

IT'LL HAVE A METAL ROOF AND BE APPROXIMATELY 13 FEET TALL.

THE HIGH OF THE HOUSE IS APPROXIMATELY 34 FEET TALL.

WE HAVE, UM, ONE CONDITION OF APPROVAL AND AS-BUILT SURVEY WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION AND ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION.

AND WE HAVE FOUR STANDARD CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF AACH ACCESSORY STRUCTURE, SUBJECT TO ALL BUILDING CODES AND STAFF NOTES.

LIKE ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE THERE'S LIKE A TIN BY, I THINK IT'S A 10 BY 12 AREA, UM, THAT'LL HAVE A STORAGE CLOSET AND A BATHROOM AND A 12 BY REMAINING 14 OR, UH, SORRY, 12 BY 14.

UM, AREA IS JUST A COVERED ROOF ONLY.

UM, AND THAT'S JUST GONNA HAVE LIKE AN YEAH, OUTDOOR, UH, KITCHEN AREA.

OKAY, SO LIKE A POOL HOUSE WITH A KITCHEN? YEAH, ESSENTIALLY.

YEAH.

YOU'LL THAT WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THAT, UH, FIRST DOOR THERE, IT'LL OPEN UP INTO JUST A SINK AND A, A TOILET AND THEN JUST LIKE A LITTLE, UH, CUBBY AREA AND THEN THE BACK PORTION THAT WOULD HAVE A, A SMALL CLOSET ON THE BACKSIDE.

AND THEN THE GOAL IS TO MATCH THE AESTHETICS OF THE HOUSE.

YOU KNOW, ALL THE PAINT FOR ALL THE SIDING WOULD MATCH THE EXISTING, ALL THE STONE WORK ON THE KITCHEN WOULD MATCH THE FRONT.

UM, LIMESTONE ON THE HOUSE, UM, METAL ROOF TO MATT'S ACCIDENTS ON THE HOUSE AS WELL.
