UH, THE PROPERTY IN QUESTION IS, UH, LIKE RIGHT IN THERE AND I'M TOO SHAKY.
UM, THE REASON FOR THE, THE, THERE IT IS IN THE GRAY.
THAT'S, THAT'S THE PROPOSED PIECE TO BE REZONED FROM OSRD TO R TWO.
UM, SO ORIGINALLY THERE WAS SOME, UM, WETLAND AREA.
THEY, THEY THOUGHT TO BE WETLAND AREA, WHICH TURNED OUT NOT TO, NOT TO BE.
SO THEY INCLUDED THAT LAND ORIGINALLY AS PART OF THE OPEN SPACE FOR ROSEBURG SOUTH.
WELL NOW THAT IT'S NOT WETLAND, THEY WANT TO INCORPORATE INTO THE, INTO THE LARGER LOTS THAT, THAT FRONT THE ROAD HERE.

SO WHAT DR. WEST IS GETTING NEEDS TO BE REZONED TO R TWO TO MATCH HIS LAND.
AND WHAT BEL RIE TWO IS RECEIVING NEEDS TO BE REZONED TO OSRD TO MATCH WHAT THEY HAVE.
SO, UM, IS IT BEING DONE TO DO ANY SORT OF HOME EDITION OR THERE IS ALREADY A HOME EDITION THAT ENCROACHES? YEAH, THIS HAS BEEN BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION TOO.
SO YES, THIS WAS BEFORE THE CITY COMMISSION FOR FIRST MEETING.

WE HAVE A REVISED OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ROSEBROOK SOUTH SUBDIVISION.
UM, WE PREVIOUSLY DISCUSSED ROSEBROOK SOUTH AND THE 4.14 ACRE, UH, 0.41 ACRE REZONING PROPOSAL.
THIS OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, UM, IS, IS STEMS FROM THAT REZONING REQUEST.
AS YOU KNOW, WHEN YOU HAVE A-O-S-R-D REZONING, YOU HAVE A BINDING OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
SO THE REZONING REQUEST IS FROM OSRD TO R TWO.
SO WE NEEDED A SEPARATE PLAN TO SERVE AS THEIR OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A REVISED ONE WITH THE REZONING THAT THEY'RE PROPOSING.
SO THIS PLAN IS GOING TO REPLACE THEIR EXISTING OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
ALL THAT BEING SAID, UM, THERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL TWEAKS AND CHANGES TO THIS PLAN THAT DO NOT MATCH THE ORIGINAL OSRD DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
AND THOSE ARE OUTLINED IN YOUR STAFF REPORT.
UM, ALL THAT TO SAY THE AMOUNT OF LOTS HAS STAYED THE SAME, RIGHT? YEAH, THE SAME NUMBER OF LOTS.
UM, BUT EVENTUALLY THEY WILL COME BACK BEFORE YOU WITH A MORE DETAILED PRELIMINARY PLAN.

HAS ANYTHING BEGUN IN THAT DEVELOPMENT? YEAH, NOT ROSEBROOK, SOUTH CARPENTER.
