HE HAD A BETTER, BETTER OPPORTUNITY, UH, FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY. UM, I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING BOB DID FOR OUR DEPARTMENT. HE WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK FOR. UM, BUT WE WILL, UH, SO IN THE INTERIM, I'M, I'M GONNA BE THE ACTING DIRECTOR. UM, THE CITY'S NOT GOING TO FILL THE, PER, THE CITY'S GONNA LET THE NEW CITY MANAGER FILL THE POSITION BECAUSE KIRK'S LEAVING IN JANUARY, THE END OF JANUARY. WE JUST HAVE TWO ITEMS, UH, THIS MONTH. SO THE FIRST ITEM ON THE CONSENT AGENDA IS BPC 24 0 9 0 0 2. IT'S A REVISED FINAL PLAT, BRENT HAVEN SUBDIVISION LOT TWO 16 AT 1417 BRENT HAVEN DRIVE. UM, THIS PROPOSAL IS AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE SETBACK LINES. IT'S AN EXISTING HOME THAT WAS, UH, THE COUNTY MUST HAVE ISSUED THE PERMIT, UM, WHICH ALLOWED THE HOUSE TO BE ORIENTED, UM, TOWARD THE SIDE SETBACK INSTEAD OF THE FRONT SETBACK. SO THE NEW OWNERS JUST WANT TO CORRECT THE LAYOUT OF THE LOT, UM, CORRECT THE SETBACKS THE WAY THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN TO BEGIN WITH, OR THE WAY THE HOUSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN BUILT TO BEGIN WITH. SO THEY'RE REVISING THE FRONT SETBACK FROM 40 FOOT TO BE 75 FEET, AND THEY'RE REVISING THE SIDE SETBACK FROM 75 FEET TO BE 30 FEET. AND, UM, THIS MEETS ALL OF OUR REQUIREMENTS AND STAFF IS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL. UM, STANDARD COMMENTS, UH, SUBJECT TO STAFF NOTES. DOES THAT CHANGE THEIR ADDRESS OR HAVE THEY ALWAYS BEEN, IT WILL NOT CHANGE THEIR ADDRESS. THEY'VE ALWAYS BEEN, UH, BRANDED. YOUR, YOUR, YEAH. THE NEXT ITEM IS ANOTHER FINAL PLAT.
