WE DO HAVE A PROCLAMATION FOR FIRE PREVENTION, WRE, AND THEN WE GOT SEVERAL FIRE RELATED, UH, OATHS OF OFFICES AND, UM, PROMOTIONAL BADGE PENDING, UH, CEREMONY. SO YOU'VE GOT THAT LISTED THERE FOR ALL THE NAMES OF THOSE FOLKS. UM, AGAIN, JUST THREE CONSENT ITEMS. FOUR, I GUESS, I'M SORRY, ADDED THE FOUR FIRST IS JUST A GRANT, UH, FIRED, AUTHORIZED AND FIRE DEPARTMENT TO SUBMIT A GRANT TO THE FIREHOUSE SUBS GRANT PROGRAM FOR A THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA THAT, UM, THERE'S NO MATCH TO THIS. SO IF WE'RE ABLE TO GET IT, THAT CAMERA IS $6,300. UH, AND THAT WOULD GO ON RESCUE 52. TWO IS THE AUTHORIZATION AUTHORIZING SALE AND DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY. YOU GOT A PRETTY LENGTHY LIST. A LOT OF THIS, UM, FURNITURE AND THOSE KIND OF THINGS ARE COMING OUT OF THE RENOVATION AREAS THAT HAVE BEEN OUT IN THE, UH, TRAILERS OUT IN THE BACKYARD FOR, UM, A COUPLE MONTHS. UM, SEVERAL OF THOSE HAVE ALREADY BEEN MOVED. YES, SIR. AND UNLOADED DOWN AT THE COUNTY. 'CAUSE THEIR AUCTION STARTS EIGHT OF THEM, UM, THEIR AUCTIONS END OF SEPTEMBER OR THE 24. YES. COMMISSIONER MCMILLAN HAD A QUESTION ABOUT SOME LAPTOPS THAT ARE SET FOR DISPOSAL THAT BECAUSE OF THE LIBRARY'S NEW PROGRAM WHERE THEY'RE RUNNING OUT, UM, OR LOANING OUT LAPTOPS FOR USERS IN THE LIBRARY ABOUT WHETHER ANY OF THOSE COULD BE ADDED TO THAT. AND I DON'T KNOW THAT LEE AND SARAH HAVE, WE HAVEN'T HAD MUCH OF A CHANCE TO TALK, BUT I THINK WE MIGHT STILL HAVE SOME HERE AT CITY HALL THAT HAVE NOT BEEN TAKEN AWAY ALREADY IN THOSE PODS. SO I NEED TO CHECK WITH MICHELLE. OH, SO THESE ON THE LIST ARE, YOU'D HAVE TO DIG 'EM BACK OUT IS WHAT YOU'RE SAYING THAT WE'RE YEAH. IT MAKES, YEAH, NO, I SPEAK OF FALLEN INTO THAT TRAP BEFORE TRYING TO GET OLD EQUIPMENT TO SURVIVE AND SPENDING MORE TIME THAN A WORTH ON. WELL, AND THIS IS THE LAPTOP PROGRAM THEY PURCHASED EIGHT FOR PATRONS TO CHECK OUT AND USE. THIS WOULD JUST BE TO ADD TO THAT INVENTORY. OH, NO, I GET IT. SO EVERY, ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE, UM, ASSIGNED TO DRIVE A CITY VEHICLE WILL CHECK THEIR UPDATE, THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSE, MOTOR VEHICLE CHECKS THROUGH THAT GRANT PROGRAM. AND I THINK HR IS ALREADY IN THE MIDST OF DOING THAT ALREADY. AND ITEM FOUR IS A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, UH, SOME MOON WINE AND SPIRITS. THAT'S JUST A CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE FROM A SOLE PROPRIETOR TO A LLC. BUT THAT REQUIRES A NEW, JUST LIKE THE BEER ONES DO THAT COME BEFORE YOU WHEN THEY DO THAT. SO I'VE GOT A PROPOSAL OR GETTING A PROPOSAL FROM BRIAN RICHTER FOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES THAT WE'LL REVIEW. AND THIS WOULD BE THE FULL FEE FOR HIM TO DESIGN THE FACILITY. UH, AND ASSUMING WE'RE ABLE TO, AND I'M SURE WE WILL GET TO A, UH, AGREEMENT ON THE DETAILS OF ALL THAT, THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE UP FOR A VOTE AT THE LAST MEETING IN OCTOBER. I'VE TALKED TO ONE MANAGEMENT COMPANY, I'VE GOT A CALL WITH A ANOTHER ONE NEXT WEEK, AND I'LL UPDATE THAT.
