UH, MS FOUR GENERAL PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT HAS WORKED WITH CIVIL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANTS INC. UH, TO REVIEW THE PROPO PRO TO REVIEW AND PROPOSE UPDATES TO THE BRENTWOOD SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS AS WELL AS PARTS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, UH, THAT THAT WOULD BRING ALL PARTS OF THE CODE INTO COMPLIANCE WITH TDE REQUIREMENTS. UH, THESE CHANGES RELATE TO STORM WATER MANAGEMENT AND CONFORMITY TO THE UPDATE UPDATED TDEC MS FOUR GENERAL PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. THESE CHANGES AFFECT SEVERAL KEY AREAS, INCLUDING ADDITION OF WATER QUALITY TREATMENT VOLUME REQUIREMENTS FOR STORMWATER CONTROL MEASURES, UH, DESIGN STORM WATER CONTROL, MEASURE DESIGN, AND THE SCM ASBUILT REQUIREMENTS AND ENHAN ENHANCEMENTS TO THE WATER QUALITY MEASURE MEASURES THAT CONFORM TO THE UPDATED PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. BUT WE DO BELIEVE THAT THE RAINFALL INTENSITY DATA THAT WILL BE USED TO DESIGN, UH, STORM SYSTEMS WOULD INCREASE BASED ON, BASED ON THAT, UM, REFERENCE MANUAL. SO THAT'S KIND OF WHERE WE ARE AGAIN. AND THEN THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON CHAPTER 78 SINCE IT'S ZONING RELATED. UM, BUT THIS TRULY IS HOUSEKEEPING. CHAPTER 78 IS JUST, UH, MINOR CHANGES IN, IN WORDING. IT CHANGES, UH, WATERWAY NATURAL AREAS TO WATER QUALITY RIPARIAN BUFFERS IN MULTIPLE DIFFERENT PLACES IN THE ZONING CODE. AND THAT'S THE REALLY THE ONLY CHANGE.
