IT'S A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF EXISTING BUSINESS.

UM, SO WE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS, UM, MORE OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE, UM, UH, TYPE MATTER.
IT'S A CHANGE IN, UH, OWNERSHIP.
CAN YOU TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT CONTINUITY AND STAFF AND, UM, SERVING MINORS, THAT TYPE OF THING, AND HOW THAT WON'T HAPPEN? UM, YES SIR.
SO, UM, WITH OUR CURRENT ROLE AND PROCESS, ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES, NO MATTER THE POSITION THEY WORK IN FRONT OF HOUSE, IS REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE STATE REQUIRED TRAINING, WHICH IS TIPS AND OR A BC LICENSE CERTIFIED.
UM, BECAUSE WE DO SELL THE PRODUCT BOTH AT OUR FRONT DESK MARKET AND IN THE BAR, WE DO REQUIRE THAT ALL EMPLOYEES CHECK IDS SO WE CAN VERIFY AGE.
UM, EACH PERSON DOES GO THROUGH THAT PROGRAM BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN WORK THE DESK.
SO ALL OF OUR TRAINING IS DONE BEFORE EMPLOYEES START THE PROCESS.
SO THEY'RE VERY WELL AWARE OF, UM, WHEN THEY CAN SERVE, WHEN THEY CANNOT SERVE, AND THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL THEY SHOULD BE SERVING AS WELL.
