UM, ARTIST CONSTRUCTION LLC REQUEST APPROVAL OF A REVISED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE THAT ADDS 87 SQUARE FEET TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED 384 SQUARE FOOT ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.

AT YOUR FEBRUARY 20TH, 2023 MEETING, YOU APPROVED A 384 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED STRUCTURE.

AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION, THE HOMEOWNER DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A MODIFICATION TO ADD A 15 FOOT SIX INCH COVERED BREEZEWAY THAT WOULD CONNECT TO THE HOME.

THE ADDITION OF THE BREEZEWAY ADDS 87 SQUARE FEET TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE FOR A TOTAL OF 471 SQUARE FEET.

NO OTHER MODIFICATIONS ARE REQUESTED.

THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED ELEVATIONS AND MATERIALS WILL NOT CHANGE.

WE HAVE FOUR CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND STAFF IS RECOMMENDING THAT YOU APPROVE THIS REVISED DETACH ACCESSORY STRUCTURE REQUEST.

AND UM, SO WE'RE BUILDING THIS STRUCTURE AND THE HOMEOWNER JUST REQUESTED THAT THE ROOF BE EXTENDED AND ALSO CREATES SOME, UM, SEPARATION FOR THE FENCING 'CAUSE TO, TO CREATE JUST A NICER, UH, AREA TO PROTECT THE HOME.

'CAUSE JUST RECENTLY THAT THAT OCCURRENCE, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU GUYS REMEMBER, UM, WHERE THE GUY WAS GOING AROUND FROM HOUSE TO HOUSE AND HE, HE, HE STOLE HIS CAR AND TOOK IT AND WAS DRIVING AROUND RECKLESSLY THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEN WAS IN OTHER PEOPLE'S BACKYARDS AND THEN HE BROUGHT THE CAR BACK TO HIS HOUSE.

SO HE'S REALLY CONCERNED WITH LIKE, LIKE A HIGH FENCE THERE AND PROTECTION AND, YOU KNOW, SECURITY.

SO ONE OF HIS OKAY.
