UM, BRENTWOOD HIGH SCHOOL REQUESTS APPROVAL OF A LIMITED DURATION EVENT TO CONDUCT A FOOD TRUCK RALLY ON THE SCHOOL GROUNDS FROM 11:00 AM TO 12:30 PM THURSDAY MAY 2ND.

UM, THE TRUCKS WILL BE LOCATED IN THE FRONT PARKING LOT ALONG MURRAY LANE IN FRONT OF THE STEM BUILDING.

THERE'LL BE, THERE'S EXPECTED TO BE 13 FOOD TRUCKS INVITED TO THE EVENT.

AND PER THE ZONING CODE, UH, ANYTHING OVER 10 VENDORS REQUIRES PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL.

HERE ARE THE FOOD TRUCKS THAT ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN ATTENDANCE, AND WE DO THIS PRETTY MUCH EVERY YEAR.

SO, JUST TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF WHO'S GONNA BE THERE.

NEXT ITEM IS, UH, MINOR SITE PLAN ALTERATION FOR CIRCLE K ON MOORES LANE AT 71 0 8.

MOORES LANE ZONING IS C3 PROPERTIES IN RED RIGHT THERE.

UM, THEY'RE REQUESTING CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION SOLUTIONS REQUEST APPROVAL, A REVISED BUILDING ELEVATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 71 0 8 MORRIS LANE.

CIRCLE K HAS PURCHASED THIS FORMER MAPCO LOCATION AND IS REQUESTING TO REVISE THE BUILDING AND GA AND GAS CANOPY ELEVATIONS.

UM, SIGNAGE IS NOT PART OF THIS PROPOSAL, BUT THEY ARE, THEY, THEY DID SHOW SIGNAGE AND WE'RE STILL WORKING WITH THEM TO GET THE, THE SIGNAGE IN ORDER.

SO, UH, IT JUST KIND OF GIVES YOU AN IDEA OF WHERE SIGNAGE COULD POTENTIALLY GO.

UH, WE WORKED WITH THEM ON THIS AS WELL TO, UH, MODIFY THE, THE SORT OF THE TOP PART OF THE BUILDING, AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE LEFT SIDE THAT'S EXISTING.

AND, UH, WE WORKED WITH THEM TO TRY TO KEEP THAT BUILDING FACADE IN PLACE SO THEY HAVE AGREED TO THE CONDITION OF APPROVAL THAT WOULD REQUIRE THAT THE, THE, THE RED AND WHITE BAND, UM, KIND OF GO AWAY SO THAT THE EXISTING COLORS OF THE BUILDING WILL REMAIN AND THEY CAN CHANGE THE GREEN AND ORANGE TO, TO THEIR COLORS.

UM, BUT IT WON'T BE, IT WON'T STAND OUT QUITE AS MUCH.

IT WILL KIND OF BLEND IN AND MEET THE CODE BETTER IF THEY, UM, SO YOU'RE SAYING THEY'RE GONNA KEEP THE BRICK, THEY'RE GONNA KEEP THE, IT'S NOT BRICK, I DON'T THINK.

I THINK IT'S JUST A BROWNISH SORT OF UHER, I THINK IT'S A WOOD VENEER LIKE MATERIAL.

YEAH.

IT, IT FITS THE CHARACTER BETTER TO KEEP THAT COLOR VERSUS THE RED AND WHITE STRIPE MEETING THE CODE.

SO WE HAVE A CONDITION OF APPROVAL, UM, THAT KIND OF MAINTAINS THAT CHARACTER.

UM, AND IS SAME ON THE, ON THE CAR WASH.

UM, THEY WILL BE ABLE TO KIND OF CHANGE IT TO WHITE WHITEISH, BUT THAT RED BAND ALONG THE TOP, THEY'VE AGREED TO REMOVE THAT.

THEY, THEY'LL STILL HAVE SIGNAGE, BUT, UM, LIKE I SAID, WE'RE NOT APPROVING SIGNAGE WITH THIS, BUT IT JUST, IS IT AN ATTEMPT TO KIND OF KEEP THE CHARACTER A LITTLE BIT MORE LIKE IT IS, DOES THAT RED, EXTRA RED VAN, DOES THAT CONSTITUTE PART OF THE SIGNAGE AND THEREFORE IT EXCEEDS THE, NO, I DON'T THINK IT'S PART OF THE, IT'S NOT PART OF THE SIGNAGE.

THE THING, YEAH.

YEAH, IT'S JUST, UH, IT'S JUST NOT CONSISTENT WITH THE CHARACTER OF WHAT'S AROUND THERE.

CORPORATE IDENTIFICATION SOLUTION REQUEST APPROVAL OF REVISED BUILDING ELEVATIONS FOR THE, THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT, UH, 8,009 MOORES LANE.

CIRCLE K HAS PURCHASED THE FORMER MAPCO AND IS REQUESTING TO REVISE THE BUILDING IN GAS CANOPY ELEVATIONS.

AND THIS WAS SIMILAR TO THE LAST ONE, BUT THEY ARE NOT, UM, CHANGING THE BUILDING.

AND SAME AS THE LAST ONE.

SIGNAGE IS NOT A, IS PART PART OF THIS APPROVAL.

THEY ARE SHOWING SIGNAGE, BUT IT HASN'T BEEN, UM, REVIEWED.
