	1.	Request of Evergreen LLC for an on-premises beer permit for Lemongrass Sushi & Thai, 203 Franklin Road, Ste 100 (change in name and ownership of business)	Approved
	2.	Request of Cohen Family Enterprises LLC for an on-premises beer permit for Mama D's, 330 Franklin Road, Ste 250B (new business)	Approved
