PROPERTY SERVICES REQUEST APPROVAL OF A 400 SQUARE FOOT DETACHED STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE REAR BUILDABLE AREA OF THE LOT.

THE STRUCTURE WILL BE CONSTRUCTED OF WOOD PAINTED TO MATCH THE EXISTING HOUSE.

IT WILL HAVE A METAL ROOF AND THE APPROXIMATELY 16.5 FEET TALL.

THERE IS METAL ROOFING ON THE REAR OF THE HOUSE.

THE HEIGHT OF THE HOUSE IS APPROXIMATELY 30 FEET TALL.

THERE ARE FOUR CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AND STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THE DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AS WE FIND THAT IT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE INCLUDING HAVING COMPATIBLE MATERIALS AND ROOF PITCHES.
