Public Hearing
1.   PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION BY OWNER CONSENT AND THE PLAN OF SERVICES FOR SAID TERRITORY LOCATED ON THE NORTH AND EAST SIDE OF SPLIT LOG ROAD AND NORTH OF SAM DONALD ROAD ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING CITY LIMITS
2.   PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION BY OWNER CONSENT AND THE PLAN OF SERVICES FOR SAID TERRITORY LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF SPLIT LOG ROAD SOUTH OF THE ROSEBROOKE SUBDIVISION ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING CITY LIMITS
Public hearings on rezoning ordinances are primarily intended as opportunities for citizens to voice their views in support of or opposition to a rezoning that has been proposed by other parties. Persons speaking on behalf of the property owner or the applicant for the rezoning are allowed opportunities to speak when the ordinance is considered for passage on first and second reading, and are encouraged to confine their remarks to those opportunities.
